Conductor	Tinned copper wires, soft temper. Stringing: Class 2, according to IEC 60228.
Isolation	XLPE - cross-linked polyethylene, black numbered sequentially.
Cover	SHF1 - halogen-free thermoplastic compound, in black, with rip cord, cylindrical finish.

Upon request, instrumentation cables can be manufactured with the following construction options:

Conductor	Class 5 copper. With mica tape - IEC 60331-21
Identification	Colored veins; Green/yellow vein (protective conductor).
Isolation	HEPR (90ºC)
Cover	SHF2 - thermosetting compound halogen free. SHF2 (MUD) – halogen-free thermosetting compound with Mud resistant and longitudinal red stripe – NEK 606.
Color	Other colors on request.

Voltage test	1.5 kV / 5 minutes: 150V/250 (300V) (sections 0.5 and 0.75 mm2) 3.5 kV / 5 minutes: 0.6/1kV (sections 1.0 to 10 mm2)
Resistence test of isolation	80 to 500V / 1 to 5 minutes.
